Self-Sufficiency
On the grounds of De Olijfberg we are working toward greater self-sufficiency. In the coming days a water well of about 30 meters will be drilled for our own water supply. For drinking water, the property will soon no longer be dependent on water jugs.
At the same time, the ground is currently dug up because cabling is being laid for solar panels. It is truly wonderful that we can take these steps toward self-sufficiency. Because there are quite a few hours each day without electricity on the property, we now also have a generator available.
