Youth center
On weekdays, Monte de los Olivos is also open in the afternoon to welcome young people at the youth center. A tutor helps them with their homework, and we guide children/teenagers who are unable to read. They can also take guitar lessons or simply come by for some distraction and to play soccer.
In recent days, the topic on the minds of the children and young people has been the unrest in the neighborhood, where there have currently been many shootings and robberies. For them, Monte de los Olivos is the place where they can share their fears with each other or with the staff.
